We are very excited to announce that NYU Hyperloop has advanced in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition, and is now one of 52 teams remaining in the competition globally!

The team has been very hard at work, and everyone has been super excited by the donations coming in through the Rising Violets Portal. If you haven't donated yet, there's only a week left to help us out, and there are some great perks that come with helping us out.

Hi all! 

First of all, we want to send out a big THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed to our project thus far! 

We wanted to share some of the hard work we have been doing lately, and what better a way to do so then with some amazing concept art!

The SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition will return in the summer of 2019 and NYU Hyperloop will be there to compete!   

We are currently in the process of designing a brand new pod from the bottom up, taking advantage of the latest technologies and engineering solutions to make our fastest, most innovative pod yet!

Our group of 36 amazing engineers spread among 6 sub-teams has already put hours of work into long nights and weekends to help get our project off the ground. We are proud to say that we have completed our intent to compete and preliminary design briefing and will continue to work with SpaceX to ensure a strong showing at this years competition.
