Thank you again for supporting “Representation Matters”! This past weekend, we proudly presented Hot Brown Honey, in which six powerful and talented women — from Aboriginal Australian, Samoan, Tongan, Indonesian and South African backgrounds — performed their sensational blend of cabaret featuring hip-hop, dance, poetry, comedy, circus, striptease, and song.
We welcomed over 200 youths from 12 local LGBTQ+ organizations to all four of our #Stonewall50 performances this spring. Because of you, the young people who joined us had the opportunity to experience the educational benefits that live arts fosters. We thank you for making a difference in the lives of young people and giving them the gift of live performance!

I'm excited to share that we surpassed our goal for “Representation Matters” last Friday! Together, we have raised $7,323 for local LGBTQ+ youth in our community in less than 30 days. We are now 108% funded with 3 days left and we are thrilled the contributions keep coming.
We could not have done it without your support and generosity. These funds are dedicated to bring under-served young adults to #Stonewall50 events at NYU Skirball throughout this spring. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of young people and giving them the gift of live performance!

Dear Supporters,
Last night, 45 students from our partner organizations came to the first Representation Matters performance, "Adam," the remarkable, true story of Adam Kashmiry who is a young trans man born in Egypt. They enjoyed the show a lot, and found themselves emotionally relating to the story. Thank you all for helping make this happen. We could not do it without your kind support.
