What do I do when my roommate drunk-eats my Oreos (again)? What does G-d think about my Tinder profile? These are the questions college students are asking in 2017. Since its inception at NYU's Bronfman Center in 2007, the Jewish Learning Fellowship has evolved from a 20 person program to educating over 125 Jewish students in downtown Manhattan each semester. Our curriculum is being adapted to teach JLF on 25 campuses across the United States.
On the Jewish Learning Fellowships' 10th anniversary, we need your help to catapult JLF to the next level of impact. At this polarizing time in our country, we want to bring together those with different opinions and perspectives in our own community and through partnerships with other communities. The Jewish Learning Fellowship offers an intimate and consistent cohort experience that builds trust and community through conversations about serious issues through the lens of our tradition (the Torah).

College in NYC can feel daunting & isolating. Doing JLF in your first or second year is one of best ways to meet real, down to earth people and form lasting friendships. With a gift of $54, you can help offset the costs of marketing JLF through social media, graphics, and through our engagement staff.
With a gift of $100, you can support the Jewish Learning Fellowship's supply needs and the first 50 donors will receive a Bronfman Center tote bag!
JLF sparks the question: how does our tradition relate to our lives in 2017? After the fellowship, students leave with a framework to continue this inquiry. With a gift of $180, you can support chavurah, the student-led learning community in which students build their own curriculum around topics of interest.
Participating in JLF earns you $300, which makes a big difference in a college budget. Pay forward your experience with a gift of $300 to enable one student to spend a semester searching for the answers to life's big questions about meaning and belonging.
Spending 10 weeks together grappling with the world's most concerning issues over free food creates bonds like nothing else. Sponsor a JLF class's weekly dinner with a gift of $540 and invest in this community.
Our JLF educators develop curriculums to meet the questions and needs of today's college students. With a gift of $1000, you can sponsor curriculum innovation, allowing educators to develop courses on the most relevant and pressing social issues.
JLF Shabbat is a highlight of the fellowship, where the fellows from all classes gather to share the weekend together. Your gift of $1800 offsets the cost of this event, which allow fellows to build the community experience they want for themselves and alumni.
