NYU Alternative Breaks is a campus-wide program that organizes and executes several service-learning based trips both domestically and internationally. This year, the Human Rights trip is returning to Morocco in partnership with the Center for Cross-Cultural Learning (CCCL). During the trip, participants will volunteer with local cooperatives, study at the CCCL and visit local human rights activist groups in order to broaden their understanding of human rights and women’s rights in Morocco. Please support our group of students in further discovering educational opportunities and seeking potential career clarity on a trip that focuses personal narratives and highlights the ways in which we, as western students, percieve Islam. Alternative Breaks is a year long commitment, so please consider giving a gift towards our trip.NYU Alternative Breaks is a campus-wide program that organizes and executes several service-learning based trips both domestically and internationally.
