Nursing Student Enrichment & Support Fund

The newly created Fund for Student Support and Enrichment provides direct financial support to students who want to pursue enrichment opportunities that promote their professional growth.

Study abroad programs and conferences are becoming increasingly vital components of a nursing education. These experiences improve students’ academic achievement and broadens their networks and worldviews. These students will become part of a diversified nursing workforce that will contribute to the care of diverse populations.

In addition, this fund will also provide students with access to technology and medical equipment that is needed for their nursing curriculum.

Your donations will assist our nursing students with things like:

• Presenting or attending conferences (including travel-associated expenses such as overnight accommodations and meals)
• Stipends for summer internships
• Expenses for approved study abroad programs
• The purchase of a laptop (required for all nursing students)
• The purchase of medical equipment for clinical rotations

Students will have the opportunity to apply for funds throughout the year. With your support, we hope to make an additional impact in the everyday lives of our students.
