The master’s program in Costume Studies is part of the Department of Art and Art Professions at NYU Steinhardt. The degree focuses on fashion as a significant and vital cultural product. It offers a core of courses on the history of fashion and textiles as well as electives on curation, conservation, collections management, and rotating special projects classes.
To celebrate the program's 45th anniversary, we would like to honor our alumni by creating a scholarship fund in their name, building a foundation for increased alumni engagement with current students. Our goal is to support the costume studies community–and thereby the graduate population at NYU–by giving out scholarships. Students will be recognized for their creativity and future impact.
ALL FUNDS RAISED WILL SUPPORT CURRENT AND FUTURE STUDENTS.
If you donate $75 or more, we'll send you an original cotton bandana with an oversized knit print. This exclusive item celebrates the Costume Studies program---and will demonstrate your superb taste!
